A clear framework for visiting PMN Global, starting a business conversation and contributing to PMN News.
Introduction
These terms describe the use of PMN Global’s agency website and PMN News. They do not replace an existing signed agreement.
The contributor sign-in, submission and editorial features described below are implemented in the website code, but their backend has not yet been set up. Those sections describe the intended workflow if the features are enabled; they do not promise that contributor access is currently available.
Website operator and scope
PMN Global, presented on this website as Prime Media Network, describes its business as PR, media, marketing, advertising, events, creative services, digital services and business partnerships. References to PMN in this document describe that website and business presentation.
These website terms do not set the scope, fees, payment conditions, deliverables or cancellation terms of an agency engagement. Those matters require a separate agreement. The contact portal at connect.pmnglobal.info is separately hosted; its form processing and notices must be reviewed alongside this document.
Use of the website
Use the website for lawful information, business enquiries and, when available, authorized publishing activity. Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent your organization or interfere with another visitor’s access.
Keep account access and one-time sign-in codes secure. Use only the permissions assigned to you. An account does not give access to other contributors’ private material or authorize publication decisions.
Agency enquiries
General service enquiries are directed to PMN’s contact portal. News and article publishing enquiries can be sent to the email address in section 15. Provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorized to share.
An enquiry, conversation, proposal or website description does not by itself confirm an engagement, reserve a publication slot or guarantee media coverage, leads, commercial results or response timing. Any agreed service commitments belong in the relevant written agreement. This website does not provide a payment checkout or establish a refund policy.
PMN News contributor responsibilities
When contributor access is available, verify your email and provide an accurate profile and byline. You are responsible for material submitted through your account, including text, source links, images, captions, credits and disclosures.
Follow PMN News’s editorial policy. Confirm the relevant content and image rights and the editorial-policy acknowledgement requested by the submission workflow. The editorial acknowledgement is separate from any acceptance required for these website terms.
Accuracy of submitted content
Check names, dates, quotations, figures and factual claims. Identify sources, distinguish reporting from opinion or allegations, and disclose relevant affiliations, conflicts of interest, prior publication and use of AI in accordance with the editorial policy.
Do not fabricate interviews, credentials, sources, events or evidence. Tell PMN if you discover an important error or a rights concern after submission or publication. Editorial review does not remove your responsibility for the information you supply.
Intellectual property
PMN branding, website material and third-party artwork remain subject to their respective owners’ rights and applicable licenses. Public visibility does not give permission to reproduce or commercially reuse an article, logo, image or model beyond what the rights holder or applicable law permits.
Submit only material you own or are authorized to provide for review and publication. Submission is not described here as a transfer of ownership. PMN needs appropriate permission to edit, format, publish and display approved contributions; the exact publication license must be agreed before publication.
Sponsored publishing disclosures
PMN News’s implemented classifications distinguish original reporting, contributor perspectives, press releases and sponsored content. Material classified as sponsored carries a visible disclosure on publication cards and article pages.
Disclose any payment, commercial relationship or other relevant interest when discussing a submission. Sponsorship does not bypass editorial or safety review and does not guarantee publication, placement, reach or business outcomes. Commercial terms and any required advertising disclosures must be agreed separately.
Prohibited content and misuse
Do not submit unlawful, threatening, hateful, defamatory, deceptive or plagiarized material, spam or private personal information that you are not authorized to share. Take particular care with material about children or vulnerable people.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, evade editorial permissions or rate limits, introduce malicious files, scrape restricted data or disrupt the site. Uploaded images must meet the available file validation rules. Do not use a file upload or enquiry to send passwords, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive records.
Editorial review and publication decisions
The implemented workflow keeps drafts and submissions outside the public feed until authorized publication. Editorial staff may request revisions, edit copy, decline a submission, schedule approved material, correct an article or unpublish it. Contributors cannot approve or publish their own work.
The editorial team determines classification, headline, category, placement and timing under its editorial standards. Review is not a promise to verify every claim independently, accept a contribution or keep an article online indefinitely. Editorial and publication actions are recorded in the intended workflow.
Third-party services
The main website is hosted on Vercel. Contributor features are built to use Supabase for authentication, database records and image storage when configured. Email enquiries and sign-in messages also depend on the relevant email providers. The separate contact portal, external source links and an image-delivery fallback may involve other services.
Third-party services have their own terms and availability. Linking to a source is not an endorsement or a promise that its content will remain accurate or available. Do not assume the main website’s data handling is identical to the separately hosted contact portal.
Disclaimers and limitations
Website articles and service descriptions provide general information. They are not a substitute for advice or an agreement tailored to your circumstances. PMN does not promise that every page, submission service or external resource will always be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date.
Nothing in this document is intended to exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No financial liability cap, indemnity, dispute forum or governing-law clause has been supplied or approved. Any additional limitations require legal review and, where relevant, the applicable service agreement.
Corrections and removal requests
Send corrections, privacy concerns and rights or removal requests to the contact address in section 15. Include the relevant page or article URL, the specific concern, supporting information and a way to reach you. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
PMN’s editorial policy allows corrections, clarifications and temporary or permanent withdrawal after review. A request is not a guarantee of removal. Account deletion, article removal and deletion of internal records are distinct matters; publication copies or records may need separate assessment.
Changes to the terms
These terms may be updated as the website and services change. PMN must identify the relevant version, any effective date and an appropriate method of communicating material changes before new provisions are relied on.
A website update should not be treated as silently changing a separately signed agreement. Any notice or renewed acceptance required by the applicable agreement or law must be considered before changes take effect.
